My experience with Michael Brose, a Wisconsin Personal Injury Attorney, was nothing short of A++. Not only was he very helpful and knowledgeable, but he also consistently went above and beyond for my case. Furthermore, he always kept me well-informed about the details of the case and diligently explained what the next step would be. As a well-informed attorney, he graciously passed on his knowledge to me as his client. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney, and without hesitation, I would choose him again in the future if necessary. I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I was with his exceptional service. Additionally, it is worth noting that he will treat you like family – that’s how much he cares!
– Former Personal Injury Client
In thirty years of practice, I have helped hundreds of people present injury claims. Some want their case heard by a jury, while others value finality and wish to bring a resolution to their case as soon as possible. Most fall somewhere in between. I try to understand my client’s expectations and achieve a result on their terms.
I handled a great variety of cases. Motor vehicles, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, and slips/trips and falls are all common causes of injuries. I also regularly handle claims involving unsafe products, farm equipment, dog bites, hunting accidents, and medical negligence cases. My objective is always to obtain fair compensation for our clients – efficiently.
I work with an experienced team of legal professionals. My legal assistant has been practicing longer than I have. Her knowledge is a tremendous asset. I also employ a discovery assistant to manage the exchange of information, three medical records staff, and associate attorneys to assist with research, writing, and other support. We make regular use of an investigator and consult with a raft of technical experts who help us evaluate accidents. Likewise, we frequently ask medical doctors and nurses to help evaluate injuries. With all of their help, I have participated in scores of jury trials, court trials, other contested hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. We are prepared to do what it takes to achieve the client’s objective.
I joined Doar, Drill, and Skow out of law school in 1991. While my primary focus is on injury cases, I have and still do represent people in other areas of litigation, including Business, Agriculture, Property Damage, Insurance Claim Disputes, and Estate and Probate litigation.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Annie, attending local sporting events, hunting, and fishing. Annie and I have three sons, a dog named Frank, a cat named Kitty, a coop full of chickens, and three bee hives.
