How long does it take to resolve a case?

Typically an injury claim is ripe for making a settlement demand about one year following the accident that produced the injury. If the case requires that the matter be put in suit, add 6-12 months.

How do you determine the value of an injury claim?

There are several factors. We rely on the client to describe their recovery experience. We use the medical records and reports of treating health care providers. If there is an economic loss we gather information about lost earnings from your employer and sometimes utilize vocational consultants to estimate the future loss of earnings.
