Meet our experienced team of legal assistants at Doar, Drill & Skow, who partner with our attorneys to provide the maximum support and representation in your case.

Mary Jo has worked at Doar, Drill & Skow since 1987, starting in our former Baldwin office. After moving to the New Richmond location, she served as a legal assistant to Attorney Michael J. Brose from 2006 – 2023. In 2024, Mary Jo took on a new role of paralegal to Attorney Ann E. Brose. Her commitment to her work is unparalleled, offering our clients the very best in legal support.

Karen joined Doar, Drill & Skow in 2013 as Attorney Matthew Biegert’s assistant. She supports Attorney Biegert in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, commercial and business litigation, and employment. Karen has experience in all stages of litigation, from inception through trial. She especially enjoys helping injured clients receive the compensation they deserve.

Outside the office, Karen enjoys getting out with nature on her bicycle, finding a trail, hill, or mountain to hike, and traveling near and far.

Tresa came to Doar, Drill, & Skow in the summer of 2014. She serves as a legal assistant to Ardell W. Skow. They work in the field of law that involves representing people who sustain personal injuries that are caused by defective products and/or the negligence of others. Prior to joining our team, Tresa completed her training as a paralegal and received a degree in that field in June of 2000. She has worked as a paralegal at a St. Croix area firm in the litigation fields of personal injury, criminal defense, and other civil litigation. In addition to law, Tresa enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Tori joined the firm in 2021 as a legal assistant to Attorney Allyson Moore. Her compassionate and driven nature has made her a tremendous asset to our family law clients, as well as to the firm. In addition to family law, Tori has used her wide skillset to assist other attorneys within the firm when needed.

Mariah came to Doar, Drill & Skow, S.C. in 2013 as a supporting member of our personal injury and criminal defense team. She ventured out to pursue a legal assistant role in criminal defense before returning to the firm in 2022 as a legal assistant to Attorney Katie Bosworth. Mariah’s attention to detail and superior work ethic is truly invaluable. Mariah is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal and holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science-Paralegal from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
